When an individual or a team is empowered with technology, transformation to higher potential for achievement is assured. When a leader of any institution empowers his/her people, leaders are born who can change the nation in multiple areas. When women are empowered, society with stability gets assured.
When the political leaders of the nation empower the people through visionary policies the prosperity of the nation is certain. When religions are empowered and become a spiritual force, peace and happiness will blossom in people’s heart. Such an empowered stage will lead to creation of enlightened citizens with value system. Here
I suggest a solution by evolution of enlightened citizens with a combination of education, value system, religion graduating into spiritualism and visionary policies for prosperity. Based on the core competence India has experienced with great qualities of

Football has become the most popular sport in America. Boys start playing at the age of 6 and, if they turn pro, could play into their 30’s or even 40’s. Some people will say, “They know what they’re signing up for” or “The players choose to play the game”. Just because they may choose to play the game, does that mean that they don’t deserve the very best protection that technology can afford them. I don’t think so. The more we learn about what “playing the game’ can do to the human body, in particular the brain, it only makes sense that we use the latest technology to help prevent as much damage as we can.…

When examing what makes a good leader you can ask a very simple question, what I believe to be a very important factor, which is, do they have passion in what they do? Leaders in business today have to have a passion for what they do in order to make a successful and influential leader. The success of any company is only as great as the employees on the forefront make it. “Transformational leadership is a form of leadership that occurs when leaders ‘broaden and elevate the interests of their employees, when they generate awareness and acceptance of the purposes and the mission of the group and when they stir their employees to look beyond their own self-interest for the good of the group” (Bass, 1990).…

The appropriate leadership style to use is dependent on the changing climate of the organisation i.e. in a dynamic work environment, charismatic leadership is the preferred style for effective outcomes. Creative and innovative work is demanding, resource intensive and requiring a high level of persuasion. The tasks developed in this kind of work are uncertain, risky and involve unforeseen processes, and as a result, setbacks and disruptions are likely to occur. As innovative work is complex, it demands a leader that is able to be agile and adapt to the ever changing circumstances of a dynamic organisation (Paulsen et al., 2009). Therefore the requirements of leadership today necessitates a leader that is multifaceted, having the ability to switch and more importantly know when to switch between leadership styles to ultimately guide their organisation to long term sustainable success (Barbuto,…

As someone in a position of leadership, it is essential to recognize and develop a personal style they can implement.…
