The Kentucky Air Guard is absolutely a learned organizations. There are 5 different groups that make up the Kentucky Air Guard; Medical Group, Operations Group, Maintenance Group, Contingency Response Group and Missions Support Group. Within those five groups there are units/flights/squadrons. All the different sections perform different task that are also mission critical to the operation of the organizations. Things change and update constantly, the regulation in which one group may references to execute their jobs are updated and everyone must learn the new way. Continuous process of technology is one of three types of technology configurations. It is the process that is highly automated and has a continuous production flow. In large organization such as the Air Force we have a lot of technologies that are continuous. Each member of the Air Force uses an internal intranet called the Air Force Portal. The Portal is updated constantly, it is the way in which our organization is connected and gains information at the same time. I find it so funny how dependent we have become on technology. When the network/ portal is down it slows down work productivity almost to a halt. Besides the Portal, there is also the SharePoint and Outlook, which are also continuous
