The Addiction Of Potato Chips
Leaving my comfort zone was an experience that will made me feel uncormatble at first but then want me to get out of my comfort zone more. For example; I think conquering my addiction will be a good thing because that is one less thing to worry about in my life. But leaving my comfort zone is hard because I don’t like to change myself. Let’s see how my experience goes. Leaving my comfort zone experience is affected me by not getting a lot of exercise. Well here it goes. Leaving my Comfort zone was not eating potato chips The reason I like potato chips are because there tasty and smell good. The kind of potato chips I like the most are the classic lays flavored. I often eat potato chips 1-2 times a day. The ways I believe I can replace potato chips are working out. Also by getting them away from me or getting away from where they are. Lastly by eating an apple or something healthy that can make me resist eating them. I started eating potato when I was about 11 years old. Also still do and I’m trying to stop for my health. Finally because I don’t feel good about myself after eating potato chips. I have never gotten ill from eating potato chips I have just gained weight here and there and lost self-esteem about myself. Also have felt super full after eating potato chips. Lastly I have felt like my body tells me to stop but my mind tells me to keep eating.
. The way I plan to accomplish to do this is by stopping eating potato chips or reducing how many I eat a day. Lastly to try and not eat potato chips. The Reason I want to do it is because is because to better my health or motivate me to go the gym. Finally because I want to feel better about myself. The way I’m going to do it is by eating better foods instead of potato chips. Also by chewing bubble gum instead of eating potato chips. Lastly by getting them out of my view zone.
