Let It Go Character Analysis

In my opinion, the most dominant characters are Anne-Marie, Lance Ducharme and finally Jared Cantrell. To me, Jared is one of the primary characters in the story because the story is in his perspective which is the first person. This story is based on how Red looks at different aspects and how he feels about all the scenarios progressing throughout the story whether it's problems or solutions. Basically these features make him a focal character. Another character I find exceptionally salient is Lance. The reason I find Lance a key character throughout the book is because the story basically focuses on him. It interprets how he grew up, what he lost and how he progressed through these feelings. The reason why I pick Red as a captivating character, is because since the story is in Jared’s perspective, it’s very interesting to know how he feels about all the problems and solutions he goes through progressing throughout the novel. It’s intriguing to know his feelings about the other characters in the story such as Anne-Marie, Lance, his parents and more. These qualities make him, in my opinion, an exceedingly enthralling character. The way he acts and reacts make him a character I would want to meet in person. Another entertaining character I found in this novel is Anne-Marie. To me, this character is truly engaging because of the way she was introduced to the story. The author gave her an entrance to this novel by having us readers disliking her as a character - because of the decisions she made in her career. A mother leaving her child and husband for a singing career. To me, this sounds blasphemous. Nevertheless, as the story progresses, we discover new stories and as a reader felt deeply miserable for Anne-Marie. The way she grew up and how she was raised, persuades me as a reader to give her another chance. Primarily these vital factors about Anne-Marie kept me intrigued throughout the story.
