INTRODUCTION
1.1 Background of the Study
A library is a collection of sources, resources, and services, and the structure in which it is housed; it is organized for use and maintained by a public body, an institution, or a private individual. In the more traditional sense, a library is a collection of books. It can mean the collection, the building or room that houses such a collection, or both. The term “library” has itself acquired a secondary meaning: “a collection of useful material for common use,” and in this sense is used in fields such as science and health, mathematics, English, and many more.
Our library system is about monitoring the book in the library, which book is borrowed, returned or unreturned. How many books are borrowed of student or the borrower? In this System automatically record the borrower their data and information and when the book it should be return in the right time. If the book is returned it will also record if what time the borrowers return the book. If the borrower is not returned the book in the right time the borrower will have penalty. In this System the librarian don’t have to manually count the penalty the system will automatically will count the penalty of the borrower.
1.2 SATEMENT OF THE PROBLE
The one of currently Problem of Binangonan Garden Of Learner is their library because as of now they still using a manual library system were know that the manual library is more of time of work they want to lessen that and the computation of penalty they want automatic. They want computerized library system because how many time that they lost the record and the inventory of the book, they want to maintain the record in the computer. They also want this kind of system because of the record of the borrower because sometimes the student borrowed book but librarian don’t notice that the borrower didn’t still return the book and the borrower still can borrowed book when the librarian don’t recognized the
