Aaron Rodgers is one of the best Quarterbacks in the NFL right now. He plays for the Green Bay Packers, but before then, he had already set several passing records in college football for California. He was a first round pick for Green Bay in 2005, but he didn’t get much play time till 2008. He spent these first years of his NFL career watching another one of the NFL’s greatest Quarterbacks, Brett Favre. Finally, after three years, Aaron Rodgers took his seat as the starting Quarterback for the Green Bay Packers and earned them a Super Bowl victory during the 2010 NFL season. He won the Super Bowl MVP. He was the Associated Press Athlete of the Year in 2011, and voted by the Associated Press in 2011 and 2014 for league MVP. Three…

He has revolutionized the quarterback position with the way he plays. Nobody has ever played quarterback the way he does, and people will flock to him naturally. His personality is out in the open and he is not afraid to put himself out there, giving the media and sponsors a perfect pitchman for years to come. Based on this article saying Cam Newton is the next big thing in the NFL, I agree with all that is being said. There is not a more marketable athlete in the sport today that has his combination of personality and the way he plays football. He is simply the greatest athlete in the sport and deserves all the advertisements and endorsements he has been…

He did not just wake up one day and become the Defensive player of the year by doing nothing, it took him days and days of practice and hard work to earn that title. The player is very dedicated and passionate about what he does, which are traits that very few people possess. On the field, you will never see him taking part in acts such as showboating or dancing after his team has made a game winning touchdown. His humble behavior is something that I try to model when I am playing basketball or football. I learned that it is not necessary to make the other team know how much you have excelled at your sport, if you are good then they will notice. There is no need to make someone else feel bad because they are not as gifted as you are in some areas of life, they may still be better than you at many other activities other than sports. Furthermore, I learned that if you are good at a sport, it is not entirely because of your skills that the team is…

Brett Favre’s interception record is the argument that kills Favre. The reason why Favre isn’t the greatest, right? Wrong. When looking at this interception record, you must look at how many more interceptions he had than his competitors and you must remember to consider that he also has the most touchdowns of all time, the most completions of all time and the most passing attempts of all time. Favre ended his career with 508 passing touchdowns and 336 interceptions, a difference of 172. In fact, his difference between touchdowns and interceptions is the best differential in the history of the NFL (Brett Favre Stats). The closest quarterback compared to Favre is Dan Marino with 168. Other quarterbacks that are worse than Favre in this category include John Elway (74), Joe Montana (134), Steve Young (125), Johnny Unitas (37), Troy Aikman (24) and every other quarterback in NFL history. The interception record is not a good thing, but it is not as much of a liability as people think. Favre’s main competition when it comes to being the greatest is Dan Marino and Joe Montana. Let’s begin with Joe Montana.…

Going into how Dan Marino was one of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game is because he has some NFL records that to this day haven’t been broken. He also led his team to a perfect season (17-0) and one the superbowl. And again, no other NFL team has done that. Marino was always dedicated to his team. He would always do stuff to help his team out. This is another quote that proves that,” I’ve been a Dolphin for 17 years, and i’ll be a dolphin for the rest of my life. That will never ever change.…

My favorite sports star is Tom Brady, he is one of the best quarterbacks of all time, well in my opinion he is the best quarterback. Tom is pretty slow and old, he has one of the best arms in the league right now. As for the most part, I have been a Patriots fan since I was in 3rd grade due to the fact that I thought they were a really good team who won tons of games. I would always watch every Patriots game with my dad. I remember one time my dad took me to a Patriots game and I remember seeing Tom Brady and I was so excited. Afterward, the Patriots led on to win the game against the dolphins. Some quarterbacks only have 1 or 2 Super Bowl rings, but Brady has 5. People are calling him “the goat”, which stands for ‘greatest of all time’. In…
