3. Plan at least 5 strategies for personal growth and explain how you will implement your plan.
Always be happy - Enjoy a well balance time with people, goals and activities that make me happy. Happiness always brings positive energy that makes learning enjoyable and living rewarding.
Make family a priority - They are the love of my life, my inspiration. I am doing all of these for them. Just always make sure to give them all the support they need, including the daily hug and kisses.
Take small steps - Taking one small step at the time. This approach ensures that each activity or challenge gives proper attention for assessment to complete the task properly.
Dedicate time - It proven that scheduling your tasks is productive.
Having an organized calendar and sets priority to a given scheduled task allowing you to set the mindset, prepare and preventing any possible distraction.
Accept responsibility - Owning the responsibility makes a great motivational tool as you, the individual agree to proceed and work on the tasks. Any actions following that task; good or bad now falls under your control. Good things happen when you embrace the challenge.
My implementation plan is based on my third strategy, take small steps. Start small and slowly walk through the plan, proceed and go through it cautiously, explore options on all relevant tasks including basic activities up until it becomes the norm, habit or a natural process.
4. How will you evaluate yourself on the success of your personal growth plan and how will you hold yourself accountable?
Results and progress are good evaluator of success. Results can be either be good or bad. Good is when things are getting done and going as planned, this are signs of progress. All is well towards success. However, when you see the opposite and see things left behind, this bad. This is where I will analyze, take a step back and ask myself what happened; holding myself responsible and accountable of the misstep.
