Like and Dislike of Being Student
my likes and dislike of being student
I like being a student because it gives me an opportunity to meet new groups of people and learn new things. I’m a real extravert person and I like to have friends beside me when I have class, lunch, or do any activities. I can say that I always spend most of my time with friends at school. When I have to stay alone, I have no confidence to do anything because I’m a person who likes to discuss with my friends and ask them for opinions about everything I’m going to do, both matters involving school and private things. Moreover, my friends’ advices or comments have an effect in making any decisions as they make me think and reconsider my decisions more carefully. For example, when I face a problem and I try to seek a solution, I always come to ask friends for a way out and their advices, often, become my solutions. In additional, I’m a person who prefers speaking over writing because it’s easier and faster.
Since I am not very fluent with English, I dislike having long report or essaying assignments in English, which I might have to take longer time for doing it well. Another importance of being student is to learn new thing, to gain knowledge from class. Knowledge is very a fundamental factor for doing career in the future. I believe that in order for anyone to be successful in his or her career life, a good educational background is a very significant factor. This not only determines how well a person could do but it will also determine how far the person could go in his or her particular field of career. Although there might be several famous businessmen who are successful with only some education, it is only a very small proportion out of millions of people. Moreover, these successful people would have to work harder and longer than those with adequate education. They would have to gain knowledge through experience rather than be taught the most probable methods to succeed. However, this does not mean that
