Discovering your life’s purpose is an important part of living “the good life”. For many, finding out your exact life’s purpose can take time. Doing things that make you feel happy or accomplished can help you figure out what your purpose for living is. Caring for others, balancing all aspects of your life (spiritual, intellectual, emotional, etc.), living a full life are a few example life purposes. I believe my life’s purpose is to help others and make people around me happy. I have always had a very caring personality and have strived to make others happiness a priority. I love working in places that allow me to care for others and enjoy being in situations where I am able to make people happy. I believe God has blessed me with a big heart and a passion for caring for others.
Sometimes we encounter obstacles in our daily lives that can prevent us from achieving “the good life”. These obstacles can be anything from illness, to stress, to self-esteem and even procrastination. I believe the biggest obstacle I need to overcome is my shyness. While my life purpose is caring for others, I struggle daily with stepping out of my comfort zone. In order to overcome my obstacle I need to do what may make me uncomfortable. Sometimes the things we are doing the things we are most scared to do can turn out to be the best things for us. I believe by overcoming my shyness I will be able to further serve and care
