Respond to the email:
Hi,
I would recommend we will create our workstation as follows:
4. Interns, who are temporary user will use the account Guest in User group, they can log on computer and can perform most tasks including running applications, using local and network printers, and locking the server. However, they prevented from making many system-wide configuration changes.
5. Team leads often work at multiple workstations, so we will create Leader in Remote Desktop User group and Power User group, so they can log on any workstation from remote locations using remote desktops anywhere within the company.
6. Marketing staff requires a high degree of flexibility and customization of their individual; we will assign them specific workstation, put them in Power User group, so they could customize their individual but still limit them from several administrative functions.
I’m going to create group and workstation as said above and will let you know once all has been set.
Regards,
