Alcott's Father Amos Bronson Taught her how to write books at his college. 1852 she wrote her first book called Rival Painters: A tale of Rome was published periodical she was making a living off it and was making more book over 2 decades(20 years).Her children books included Little Men( 1871),An old fashioned girl (1870),Eight Cousins(1875) and Jo’s Boys (1886) it wasn't as popular as little women.Alcott published some of her books under the name A.M. What determined Alcott to be a writer who supported her? Her father started a school based on Transcendentalist teaching and after 6 years it failed and left the family in horrible debt. Alcott wanted to get her family out of debt so she started doing more jobs and never had time.Alcott then wrote a book called Little Woman it took her family out of debt and she had money to live off of. Alcott's father was a big role model on her writing books because her father taught her all the steps in writing.Her family was very proud of her for writing successful books in her
lifetime. In conclusion, Alcott had many ups and downs in her lifetime but that didn't stop her from writing and helping her family get out of debt. Her father died March,4,1888 and then she dies 2 days later and there's a memorial in Concord. Such as her famous book Little Women which helped her get out of the debt and gave her a lot of money to .In my thoughts I think that Alcott had a rough life in her childhood but I think that she made the right discussion to become a writer.
