Perhaps if people want to lower it they should consider doing a test to every student that wants to drink. David J. Hanson once sated “When raise the drinking age to 21, which incidentally is the highest in the world, it makes drinking more attractive to young people.” In other words, it says that should raise it to a higher level of drinking age so the population of students will not affect the society.
