I believe to an extent. I think if employees don’t posses the same attributes as the customers coming in to buy a product it is harder for them to make a connection and a sale. For example, if you go to a fancy store to buy some nice clothing and all the employees there look underdressed, and as if they have no fashion sense, you probably are less likely to take their advise. This will probably result in you not wanting to shop there. Thus, I think that lululemon wants employees to share similar traits of their customers, but also their company values and beliefs. By doing so, they will be able to be “educators” and be “ambassadors” for them and create a connection with customers with more ease. This will allow them to sell better and make customers feel as if they are in right place.

Yes I think lululemon has a brand personality. I think a lot of its brands personality translates through its products, message, employees and the costumers it attracts. I also think it shares those similarities but also hold traits that make it who it is. For example reliable, the company its known for its well made, functional and quality clothing which is a large part of why customers are willing to play the high cost.
