What makes Lululemon different than other companies? Not only does it provide well made, quality products it also provides a service. There’s something different about having a Lululemon symbol on the back side of the pants or side leg rather than a TNA symbol or any knock-off symbols. There’s something about spending $120 for a pair of leggings rather than a $10-50 pair. One feel's some sort of status: as if they are in a yoga loving community even.

Leadership beliefs that guide the social responsibility of Lululemon Athletica consist of staying true to their mission statement from the very beginning, integrating aspiring trust and loyalty into its educators, guests, and ambassadors. Lululemon Athletica’s mission statement is to provide the components that will help people live longer, healthier and have more fun lives. The actions followed by this specific strategy includes meeting economic, legal, ethical and discretionary responsibilities. Lululemon focuses on meeting economic responsibilities by continuously training educators and pursuing the educational corner in the stores to promote knowledge of yoga and available yoga classes in local studios. In addition, the company incorporates charitable programs to raise awareness of local organizations in the communities in which they supply their products. Ethically speaking, the company has stayed true to the company motto.
