During the battle Macbeth is stuck in a one on one battle with Macduff and loses. Macduff carries his head back to Malcolm on a spear. Malcolm took the crown and assumes the throne as king. Macbeth’s ambition caused him to be put in a position where he was going to die.
Ambition is a good thing but in small amounts. If a person has too much ambition it can create problems. This is seen in the life of Macbeth and it can also be seen in the lives of individuals.
In the modern world people with ambition can go far. They can start their own business and make money or they can make life easier. But a person with too much ambition in this world can make a monopoly. Monopolies can be good but they can push people out of jobs and ruin lives.
After a person controls a monopoly and has ruined people’s lives they may regret. This may cause them to do more to cover up how they feel and they could ruin more lives and then lose everything that they have worked so hard to get. If we let our ambition go wild we could end up like Macbeth. We may not actually be dead but we could lose
