Mad Henry At Likte Mills
The Unknown On a foggy Friday night, at 7:00 Mad Henry was put to work at Likte Mills. Mad Henry was a great guy who lived around Likte Mills with his wonderful wife Jullie. That Saturday night, Mad Henry just decided to walk to Likte Mills, and get to work. On his way to Likte Mills he heard many strange noises in the ditches to his right and left. He wasn’t far from his house, so he decided to go back and get his flashlight in the shop. On his way back, he saw a buggy coming his way, and he thought it was an animal at first but then he realized differently. Anyways, when he got back to his shop, he could not find where the string on the incandescent light bulb. …show more content…
While he was passing, he was getting hot, and getting nervous and didn’t know where he was. He felt like he was getting light headed, while he was wobbling around on the road and didn’t know how to get his balance back. Before he knew it, he had got home and was there at his front door. While he was walking in, he saw this gust of wind right beside him. He was very suspicious because it was not windy out, and he didn’t know what that "gust of wind" was doing beside his left leg. When he walked into his bedroom, he could not find …show more content…
He had sounds that were not popping in his head and he couldn’t figure out where they were coming from. All his blood was pumping through his veins, and all he was doing was twitching every time blood pumped. He was searching the whole house, with peaceful music playing in the background. After searching the whole house, Mad Henry finally gave up and came to believe that Jullie had been removed from his life. He finally knew the gust of wind wasn’t a chill in the air anymore. He couldn’t hold it anymore so he sat down and just started to cry his eyes out. His shoulders were pressing down on him and his chest, and his heart was afraid. Jullie was everything to Henry and he didn’t know what life would be without her. He wasn’t the normal Mad Henry he was every day, he was seeing mysterious objects hanging from the walls and dripping blood, and obnoxious noises coming in his ears. He could feel the pain Jullie had went though about 1 hour ago. About 20 minutes later, Mad Henry was still sitting in his brown, stained, rocking chair just thinking about where Jullie went. Later on, he saw the same “chill in the air” that went right across his face, so Mad Henry quickly bolted up from his rocking chair. Some of the air had come though his mouth, and he could taste the flavor of the air in his mouth and it want a goof taste. That wasn’t a good sing for the future which

To an extent, Opposition to the religious reforms by Henry VIII wasn’t overly serious, the opposition did have some potential to cause damage but the danger was never severe enough to undermine the Tudor dynasty or threaten the omnipotent once of the “Most Christian King”. Opposition was only as serious as the support it had, which is why The Pilgrimage of Grace of 1536 was the most dangerous form of opposition. Henry ensured that disapproval from his kingdom would never threaten to undermine the longevity of the Tudor dynasty by using Cromwell’s key weapon: The Treason Act of 1534. This allowed Henry to eradicate any opposition that had potential to threaten Henry. The religious changes came to a halt in 1540, where Henry sends out a strong deterrent message by executing the architect of the religious changes, Cromwell.…

For the first time, Janie feels her life has the possibility to become everything she desired since the first marriage. This is proven true when she meets Tea Cake, the epitome of everything she longed for in a lover; the true “flesh and blood figure of her dreams”. Though, even after Janie finds everything she is looking for, she is still tested by fate. During the chaos of the hurricane, Janie realizes she would rather die with Tea Cake than live without him. However, fate has a mysterious power over Janie that she does not understand until after she returns to Eatonville alone. It may seem Janie is a star-crossed figure of her dreams, but the end of the novel disproves this theory. She is awakened to find that Tea Cake may have fallen off the shelf inside her as well, but his presence…
