While in route I was advised one of the hinges on the front door was breaking and the subject was still banging on the door.
Upon my arrival I observed Robert Greenup exiting the front door of the residence holding a female juvenile identified as Aubrey Greenup.
I made contact with Katie Cletcher, who informed me of the following:
- She heard loud knocking on the front door and no one was answering the door.
- She was unable to because she is paralyzed.
- A short time later she heard knocking on her bedroom window and heard a male say “Hey Katie”.
- She recognized the voice to be Robert Greenup her Aunt Jennifer Greenup’s husband and they have recently separated, so she did not respond.

- She then went down stairs and got all of the children together and they went into her sister Katie Cletcher’s room to hide.
- Then Robert broke the front door down and came into the bedroom asking where his kids were.
- He then came to the other side of the bed and grabbed Aubrey by the ankles and pulled her out from underneath the bed.
- He was trying to get the other two kids during which he hit her in the arm and in the side of her head by her ear.
I did not see any signs of redness or bruising from Robert hitting Emily or from him grabbing Aubrey’s ankles.
I made contact with Jennifer Greenup who advised she left Robert three days ago because he is abusive and moved in with her sister Julie Harris at 915 Emma Street. Jennifer was advised of how to obtain an order of protection.
I made contact with Julie Harris who is leasing the property. Julie advised me she would like to pursue charges for Robert damaging the front door, entering the residence without permission, and assaulting her daughter Emily Harris. See attached images of the property damage to the front
