Mae Belk Short Biography

Brought up in a small town just west of Washington D.C called Arthur Capper, Mae Belk, the vibrant, outgoing mother of five has never shied away from the spotlight. Early on, like many others life threw her some devastating personal struggles. She bounced back and overcame those grave tragedies in tremendous fashion turning them into one victory after another. Naturally blessed with ever evolving entrepreneurial spirit, she went on to create a remarkable powerhouse, not only to benefit herself, but to heal many others in the process.

Building Her Empire
In 2014, Mae tragically lost her eldest son Bobby in a car accident. He was 27. Reeling off of a loss so significant, Mae bravely found the strength to turn her pain into gain. Determined to persevere, later that same year, she would make her acting debut on the television series show “Cut N Crew”. Always the charismatic and funny woman, she has stated on many occasion s that it was her son Bobby’s constant encouragement to pursue her acting career before he passed, that had pushed her forward. Mae stated in a recent interview that God willing she has turned her struggle into strength. She also went on to state that we are all still a work in progress, but giving more costs you nothing.
