America has become so obsessed with slimming and dieting that everywhere you go, you see diet programs in every possible media. Diet programs have mushroomed all over the place, preaching their different philosophies in best-selling books, audio tapes, TV shows, and the Internet.

Cabbage Soup Diet is one of the diet programs that enjoy popularity. It is a low fat high fiber diet that will help you lose those few extra pounds. People who intend to enroll in other long-term diet programs also use the cabbage soup diet to help them get into shape or lose some of those fats before signing up.
The cabbage soup and water are the central figures in the diet program. Based on this fat-burning soup that contains negligible calories, there are no restrictions in the quantity of food that people under the program can take in everyday… just as long as you take the soup. The more soup you eat along with your meals everyday, the more you will lose weight when you’re in a cabbage soup diet. This, perhaps, contributes to its popularity.
