This is done to minimize the amount of pain felt by the client that develops in uncomfortable state.
The two principles of waxing are employed while caring out this practice where the therapist can employ either the wax-on principle where the wax solution is then poured on the client’s skin, on that specific body area that requires waxing, and stretched on top of client’s hair and upon solidifying, the strip is pulled out in line with the growth of the unwanted hair. Or, the therapist can employ the wax-off principle where the stretched wax solution is left to solidify insignificantly as it adheres to the alignment of the client’s hair and then pulled out contrary to the alignment of the unwanted hair.
Speed is essential in achieving success in this technique since it helps the therapist to quickly apply the wax solution in line with the growth of the unwanted hair, position the strip on the still warm wax to firmly to achieve cohesion, and finally pulling out the strip depending on the principle applied. Alternatively, pain can be minimized through patching small areas to reduce the handling huge areas at once that results into the unbearable pain that comes along with pulling the strip

Start waxing by applying the wax where you want to remove hair. Hard wax must be applied thickly and allowed to solidify before removal or the hair will not come out with it. Soft wax should be applied thinly using a stick. Place a strip over the wax, smooth it down, and yank it off from one end, pulling at an angle, in a single, swift motion. Pulling slowly will not remove the hair properly and will hurt more. Waxing for men is not about who can stand the most pain. Be efficient and it will go faster & look better. Paste wax was repetitive at each of the heights tested routinely following hot wax followed by rub on wax for the entire experiment. Spray on wax increased the amount of friction the skis had. In two out of three trials the control, non-waxed base or control, provided better results than the spray on wax did. In some cases spray on wax could help a skier’s friction only if it is applied on top another wax. That is its main purpose, to be applied as a booster if a skier didn’t have enough time to freshen the wax on the skis. Overall, hot was demonstrated it demonstrated the friction of a skier most…
