Introduction
To be honest, I am sincerely to applicant for the Store Operational manager (Luxury Brand) of your company and hope to give a few of minutes looking at my detailed report and planning of the job.
I am a Degree (Hons) holder in Retail and Service Management with 7 years’ experience in retail and service operations. I have worked for ARMANI in at least 5 years, which includes managing retail store in United Kingdom and Hong Kong. It improves my working background and confidence to be a manager in the global company and a top-end luxury brand like yours. Another background and more detailed information will be showed in my resume.
This report mainly shows you the analysis of different aspects of being a store operational manager in luxury brand in detail which includes store planning, general operation management, and human resource and so on. At the end, I would like to show why i am qualified and do the job well and conclude the report. My Belief of being a Store operational Manager From my point of view, it comprises five aspects. First of all, to be a leader of the store, it should be profound and broad expertise in every aspect of store management. Secondly, this position holder should have critically evaluates and minimize operational costs in context of store profitability. Thirdly, the manager should try the best to aim for the cooperate objectives and development and business’s advancement. Fourthly, the job also need to create and promote caring for all the staff and help every employee toward individual goals and targets. Last but not least, the manager should establish retail environment that encourages positive and long-term customer relationship, builds up an effective and efficient organization
