EXECUTIVE SUMMARY This assignment is about a local private company located in Abu Dhabi and providing engineering consultancy services in GCC region, after giving brief information on the company profile, this assignment shows in details the challenges faced by the company related to the competition from overseas firms and the economic recession, and the several management perspectives which were used to face these challenges by implementing a professional survey to the internal and external environment along with SWOT analyses in order to analyze the impact of the changes ( collaborate with overseas firms, hold the operation in some of company’ branches, salaries reduction, and outsourcing part of company’ services) .
In addition to the above it shows the different strategies which were used to implement the change process and how to deal with employees resistance to the change taking into consideration the ethical matter, finally it shows how the management asses and evaluate company performance against the challenges by using KPI technique
