Management Planning Paper Halliburton is one of the leaders in manufacturing petroleum products. As a global company, they provide various equipment such as oilfield tools, and other types of services to the oil and gas industry. Halliburton was founded in Duncan, Oklahoma, in 1919 and they operate today out of Houston, Texas and Delaware. The American based company has grown at a rapid pace in the last few years, opening up another operations office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in 2007. Little does the public know the Halliburton office operations are governed by the United States. While opening offices all over the country and the world, Halliburton has followed many of the basic planning processes of the management functions.
