MANAŽMENT

PODSTATA A VÝZNAMY (CHÁPANIE POJMU) MANAŽMENTU.

Manažment = riadenie organizácii fungujúcich v podmienkach trhového hospodárstva.

Významy (chápania) manažmentu:

ako praktická činnosť (dosiahnutie nejakého cieľa, používaný u PO aj FO + vláda)

ako sústava poznatkov - teória či vedná disciplína

ako osobitá skupina ľudí - manažéri

Manažment možno charakterizovať ako sústavu princípov, metód a postupov , ktoré manažéri používajú pri výkone svojej profesie.

Podstata teórie manažmentu predstavuje:

naakumulované a usporiadané poznatky o princípoch, metódach a postupoch riadenie

Znaky teórie manažmentu:

praxeologickosť

interdisciplinárnosť (rôzne vedné disciplíny)

internacionalizácia (bez ohľadu o akú civilizáciu či kultúru ide)

Spôsoby vysvetľovania (smery) teórie manažmentu:

procesný, resp. funkčný

behavioristický

rozhodovací

informačný

matematický

empirický

2. SYSTÉMY MANAŽMENTU VO SVETE A ZÁKLADNÉ ROZDIELY MEDZI NIMI.

Manažment vznikov v USA Amer. manažnent vzrástol po druhej svetovej vojne a jeho teória sa vracia k poznatkom predstaviteľov klasickej a neoklasickej školy manažmentu. Silnou stránkou amer. priemyslu sú počítače a priem. výroba uplatňuje napr. pružnú automatiku a robotiku, logistiku. Záp. Európa a Japonsko prebrali americkú technológiu.

Amerika a Európa mali spoločný civilizačný základ = jeden manažment vo svete = západný manažment = americko-európsky,

Východná Ázia - Japonsko využívali poznatky zo západného manažmentu, japonci sa však usilovali vytvoriť manažmentu spočívajúci na ich tradícii, kultúre. Vznikol tak nový systém manažmentu vo svete = japonský manažment ktorý si osvojovali aj iné ázijské krajiny.

Základné rozdiely: 1. úloha štátu (v Amerike liberalizmus, v Japonsku značná angažovanosť štátu v ekonomike)

2. podstatné rozdiely v koncepcii Japonského a amerického systému (americký, resp. západný manž.- spočíva vo vedeckej a skúsenostnej problematike, pragmatickosti; japonský sa usiluje osloviť celého človeka,

    Since the fall of the Soviet Union 1991 many changes have been brought to Europe. After the fall of the Soviet Union newly formed countries of Eastern Europe found themselves brought into a new era, many of the people had relied on the Soviet Union’s system of socialism to help them with every detail of their lives and to dictate their lives but with this newfound freedom citizens had many changes forced upon them. All they once knew had been taken away so suddenly most didn’t know what to do with themselves. The Government, Economy and Marxist Idealism had all fallen with the Soviet Union. Citizens had no choice but to move on with their new lives because it was as their past lives had never even existed, but like every change it came with confusion and difficulty and left the people of Eastern Europe wanting answers to their questions and solutions to their problems. Despite the gear towards democracy that had begun under soviet rule, it posed a challenge for many countries of Eastern Europe. While Gorbachev held power, policies such as the reconstructing of the Soviet Union, and reducing the censorship of information this newfound freedom had the people eager for more. When the Soviet Union Collapsed, Naturally the people turned to democracy as their new form of government which would offer the freedom the people of Eastern Europe Wanted. Even thought they wanted a democratic nation they lacked many of the skills needed to achieve it such as, the ability to engage in “political discourse, the ability to compromise and many other things, which was understandable due to their socialist rule for so many years. Other frustration stemmed from the difficulty of transforming a socialist economy to a free-market economy. Though the people of Eastern Europe were optimistic, their optimism did not last very long.
