When they are designed effectively, they will create the exchange process which means achieving the objective of the consumer and the company. Marketing is all about applying the needs of the customers. The core concept of the marketing is the exchange process.

 What's the corner stone of marketing activity? Corner stone of the marketing is the exchange process.

 What is differentiating successful marketing from unsuccessful marketing? Two restaurants close to each other, one is successful and the other one is not.

The design of marketing mix in the 1st restaurant is effectively designed resulted in successful exchange process while it’s not effectively designed in the 2nd one.

 What's the meaning of the following? o Value and satisfaction: Values: Comparison between price and benefits. In the ideal situation, Price = Benefits

Satisfaction: Comparison between products performance and customer's
