Case analysis of “THREATS”
Executive Summary: Idea is the key of business. Each business is established to accomplish something. “TREATS” is not any exception. Something from 30 years ago when Maria Porto migrated from Cuba and she opened a food shop in San Bernardino than till now it’s running successfully. In this shop, she mainly offers the cheapest and handmade tasty sandwiches which are prepared in home cooked style with Cuban ingredients and recipes. After running successful business Maria’s sister Camarillo opened second outlet of this shop in California. This outlet also running successfully and that’s main reason beside homemade and handmade they sell their products of a significant part of the customer base in Cuban dominated area.
After longtime, ruining a significant customer base and small business Maria’s son came up with the idea to open third branch in Burbank mall in order to attract main stream customer from the local population. For successfully running Miguel idea, he need a manager for his new branch who can help him and that’s why he has been appointed Angela foster as a manager of new and third outlet named “TREATS”.

Current marketing situation:
A) Company background: “Treats” is a sandwich shop in Burbank Mall. This is third outlet of this shop and owned by a Cuban family.

B) Market Description: Every business need a right market place where they easily and successfully run their outlet on Burbank Mall because that is a place where office goers frequently come for a quick bite during lunch and students from the local colleges also coffee and snacks. That means it’s a much crowed place and here is a good scope for capturing mainstream people and getting profit.

C) Product Description: For running successful business every company should provide well, various and cheapest product. Though “TREATS” is mainly a sandwich shop now they are

    He personally took Lisa and Giovanny to a manufacturer that makes dog food exactly like the food they sell. Marcus intention was to show Giovanny and Lisa that there is more dog foods that meet their criteria. However, Lisa said she wasn’t willing to budge on selling the product he showed her for many reasons. After a reasonable take Lisa finally gave in and agreed to sell that product. Once they got back from the manufacturer company, Marcus made them shut down their store so he would completely give it a new look.
