On May-fifteen in Glasgow, superintendent Stuart Clifton of the Grantham police called an expert of insulin to come down and examine the bodies. When the team of experts arrived they took samples of blood from each cadaver and tested for insulin. The superintendent assured them that there is an ongoing murder investigation for thirteen kids. After the police received the interpreted results it all went insane, they knew for sure there was someone to blame for these innocent lives. In all of the tests overdoses of insulin were found, so the next step was to start investigating everyone at the hospital. Grantham police set up a conference where all nurses, doctors, and anyone who worked there during the fifty-nine days had to meet to discuss the incidents. Police showed statistics to all the employees that a chance of this being a concurrence was less than one in ten million. The superintendent later told all the police officers that they had a person of interest and she is getting a case built up against her. It was Beverley Allitt, the only person involved with all the cases. Allitt was suspended from her job because of the charges made against her. On September-third Beverley Allitt was arrested on suspicion of killing Becky Phillips. Now, that there was prime suspect they could to go to trial, but throughout the investigation Allitt kept calm.
