Joane Galloway Case Study
First of all, Tamara Galloway will receive official written warning due to her improper behaviors to you which will affect her employee performance evaluation. Also, an additional training session about professional manners and behaviors between coworkers will be given to her as a disciplinary action. Finally, we decided to transfer her department from human resources to customer service for the rest of the year, as part of a working attitude redevelopment plan.
Secondly, only employees more than 10 years of working experiences in at least 3 departments will take responsibilities at human resources department from now on. We truly agree with your opinion that better professionalism is needed to prevent further misconducts of our employees.
