It is like the persona is someone who has passed away and is speaking to her loved ones. She doesn’t feel it is right for them to stand and weep at her grave because it is just a body and not her anymore and even though she is dead and buried her spirit lives on. She hasn’t left completely

5. I am the diamond glints on snow,
6. I am the sun on ripened grain,

In these lines the poet has used imagery to create a comforting feeling towards the loved ones. The persona is saying that she is always there, in the morning and at night.
She can be the sudden rush of noise in the morning, from the birds circling in flight, or the twinkling light of the stars shining at night.

14. I did not die.
The third last line and the second last line repeats the first two lines; ‘Do not stand at my grave and cry I am not there’ But then the last line, ‘I did not die’ compared to the third line, ‘I do not sleep’ have a very similar meaning. I think what they mean is: There is nothing to cry about, I am still with you even though I may seem dead to you, I have returned to the earth and I am with you everywhere you go.
The lines remind her loved ones that there is no reason to mourn for her, her spirit is still alive and she is happy and at peace with the
