Mission statement
Implementing regular checks and early detection of mitigating health factors as effective prevention measures to enhance the quality of the patient health. The mission statement of St Mary’s is to offer wellness, reduce cost within the health care and furnish these benefits to patients and the hospitals.
St. Mary’s mission statement effectively shows what the new wellness center wish to accomplish for the patients and the applicable approach in order to reach this goal. Applying the mission statement will highlight the main objective and purpose of the organization. The mission statement is for the leaders as well as the employees. The mission statement is important in evaluating if the overall plan and goal of the organization is properly set with strategic plans.
Vision Statement
To guarentee that the hospitals benefit from the result of cutting back on expensive treatments and recovery from different sicknesses while the patients continue to maintain a healthy lifestyle in an affordable manner.
A vision statement is similar to the mission statement, and it describes the purpose of the organization. The vision statement motivates and inspires the employee. When employees feel inspired, they stay motivated to high productivity levels.

Mary’s Wellness Center with the goal to possibly prevent illnesses by monitoring the condition of the patients beforehand is a new and challenging process. The success depends on the leaders strategies they are implementing to successfully complete the mission and vision statements of the organization. Tactical and operational planning are necessary for the implementation. These two strategies work synchronically with each other to achieve the successful application of the set processes and procedures while maintaining the related functions of the wellness center in the service to its respective
