She was wearing the same pink dress she wore on our first date. Our first date was in Central Park, the wind was blowing against the glowing, pink dress and her hair was in her face. I turned to look at her, the wind was not moving, and the dress was not glowing anymore as it used to.

She was there for a work event, and myself for pleasurable entertainment. I enjoyed going to the symphony after a long day at work. We spotted each other from across the room, she walked over to me and introduced herself. I asked her out and we had our first date the following weekend. On one of our dates, I took her to this same restaurant. We bonded over the red trumpet. The beauty and the sound of it made me smile with joy.
The table was quiet for a few minutes until the waitress came over to serve us our drinks. I ordered a whisky, Jane ordered a white wine. We start chatting about our day, how it was and what we did. Jane had a long day at work, meetings and event planning. I was an Architect working on my newest project. It was my dream, I was designing a building that would be apart of the New York Skyline.
As I was still swallowing my first sip, her glass was half empty. I reminded Jane of what we normally order, she said she wanted to try something new. I, not wanting to take the chance, ordered my usual. A rare steak with mashed potatoes and creamed corn. She ordered the chicken
