Risky's Steakhouse An Authentic Taste of Fort Worth Culture
I have lived in Fort Worth my entire life. Not once have I experienced any steak that was as wonderful as the one served at Riscky's Steakhouse. A younger family with a decent income and willing to taste what Fort Worth has to offer is the perfect fit at this one of kind restaurant.
As my family and I stepped d in, we were greeted and welcomed with loud beautiful music, which older families wouldn’t enjoy. I stood head to toe with the overwhelming menu of countless different meal choices. It was nicely dressed in a antique wrap of design around the edges. Each menu choice was separated in categories labeled with elegant and beautiful text, which made me love this place with more passion. I didn’t have one thought of my first choice of a meal for the night. To get saved from the black hole of the Riscky's menu was the generous waiter dressed in a formal manner. She walked up to our smooth wood grain finish table and greeted us with pure sincere gratitude knowing that we didn’t have one clue of what to order. She explained her favorite dish on the menu and I was absolutely certain It was soon to be my favorite as well.
Tonight was the night that my mouthwatering taste buds would never forget. The basic house salad was

Riscky's Steakhouse was founded in 1927 by Joe Riscky as just a grocery mart which was cofounded by Pete Riscky and they had a simple meat packing in the back. As the beef ribs and barbecue meats grew popularity, they had an idea of smoking the beef and coating it with their authentic sauce. All of these honorable men are the reason that The Famous Fort Worth Risckys Steakhouse is here today. The younger families wanting a taste of our culture will have their mouths water after that first scrumptious

We are in NFL season! Wouldnt it be great to watch the game with a plate of chicken wings? I say Yes! Therefore, visit Buffalo Wild Wings. They have a wide range of flavors which I love. You can find the chain restaurant almost anywhere. I usually eat at Buffalo Wide Wings at Forrest Hils just because it is closer to me. I recommend to be extremely patient. They usually don't have enough waiters for a number of people that go to eat there.I usually wait 10 to 30 minutes just to get a table, then 30 to 60 minutes for the waiter to arrive with the food. Although it takes forever I still see myself gravitating to the restaurant when I'm craving wings. The menu has different prices for the wings, it all depends on a number of wings.Usually, prices…

“The restaurant was shaped like a big bottle, though squatter than a real bottle, and on its cap was a revolving figure of a grinning boy who held a hamburger aloft. One night in mid-summer they ran across, breathless with daring, and right away someone leaned out a car window and invited them over, but it was just a boy from high school they didn’t like. It made them feel good to be able to ignore him. They went up through the maze of parked and cruising cars to the bright-lit fly-infested restaurant, their faces pleased and expectant as if they were entering a sacred building that loomed out of the night to give them what haven and what blessing they yearned for. They sat at the counter and crossed their legs at the ankles, their thin shoulders rigid with excitement, and listened to the music that made everything so good: the music was always in the background like music at a church serve, it was something to depend on.”…

Some restaurants, when the food is prepared right, are like heaven. In this case, heaven is Abe and Louie’s. With dim lighting and a neutral pallet, Abe and Louie’s is a very romantic and luxurious restaurant. Pictures frame the walls with stylish chandeliers filling the ceilings. At a busy time, which is holidays and most Saturday nights, this restaurant is pretty rambunctious, but not so noisy that voices around cannot be heard. While it is not that hectic, Abe and Louie’s is quite quiet and when going into the restaurant it gives off a peaceful sense. Abe and Louie’s has elegant and sophisticated look, and creates a very relaxed and welcoming vibe. The plush seats and smooth cream tablecloth makes it feel very more formal as a dinner begins. The top-notch, three-course meal from Abe and Louie’s is the New England clam chowder,…

I could see the intricate designs of grapevines that had been masterfully carved into the light oak posts that held the entryway above my head. Through a miniature window on the far side of the room, I could get a slight glance of the steaming pasta noodles that had been drenched in luscious red spaghetti sauce, before the waitress guided us to our seats. I could feel anticipation building up as the waitress guided us to one of the most well placed tables in the whole restaurant. The light brown, cloth drapes that rested against the smooth brick wall of the restaurant grazed my arm as I passed under one of the exits outside. As soon as the fresh air whipped my face, the noticeable scent of fresh chocolate mousse cake assaulted my nose. I could feel the soft, plush cushioning that rested underneath my backside as I sat down to great relief. My eyes scanned my surroundings, taking in all the sights and smells that I could contain within myself without being overwhelmed. Of all the places to be right then, Charleston was the one. I had experienced the smell of chocolate, the taste of lasagna, the sound of the ocean, the sight of warm, crisp sand, and the feeling of being happy and glad for what I…

Three men were dressed in black with button up shirts and decorative sombreros all standing in the corner of the room. Two men had violins and the third was handling a guitar. As we took our seats the band started playing lively music and a few older couples got up and danced fearlessly. Everything in the restaurant was bold excluding my bashful personality; otherwise I would have danced too. I was in a trance watching the people dance with one another until the Mariachi band shouted in sync, “AY!” causing me to be brought back to the present. It was then that I had realized how hungry I…

The place was called Perdero’s, it was one of my father’s favorite places to eat, and I could easily see why. From the time you first approach the front door, with a man there waiting to hold the door open for you, to when you first walk in, a hallway lit up with indirect lighting, and then a man welcoming you and directing you to a white-cloth covered table with the shiniest silverware that sat on napkins with the letter ‘P’ embroidered on them. It made it seem as if you were royalty.…

The night before the big event, a more casual, albeit quite swanky, rehearsal dinner was scheduled at the historic bar and grill attached to the hotel. Sol's 88-year-old father, David, was riding the train from New York and two of his favorite indulgences, lobster and prime rib, were on the menu. David was quite proud of his son and fond of his soon-to-be daughter-in-law. He relished the thought of mingling with old friends and spending time with his family.…

Entering the empty restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, what greeted me was an edgy and laid back interior design. All pieces of furniture are wooden, a few chairs and the frame of a huge mirror are wooden but are coloured red. Their menu is along the counter and also on top of all tables. They also have a chalkboard menu that holds the drinks they have. I took a seat on the left side of the diner just across their…

The service provided was a plated service. The orange table setting gave a cheerful, cordial atmosphere and was set according to a table d'hôte menu.
