Matthew Persuasive Speech
November 11th, 1998 King James is elected to run the country of Houston. Houston was a decent sized country with a population of 1.5 million people. Everybody loved King James because of the way he could speak. He influenced people with his choice of words. One day something bad happened. King James was assassinated in his house while he was sleeping. The murderer broke through his window and shot him. They still to this day have never found out who was the cause for this. After the death of King James, the country of Houston had Prince Matthew which was now the king after the tragic death of James. King Matthew has the experience to do what is best for the country. The citizens of Houston start to realize what he is doing and want to try and get him out of office. The citizens start to protest violently and destroying the country. They are smashing windows in businesses and burning buildings down to try and get their way. King Matthew begins to stop trade and that stops the food coming in and he starts to starve his people for the way they are acting. The citizens began to become frustrated now with not just him but the economy also. One of the major reasons the people of the country are protesting also is to try and get equal rights for all. They do not feel it is right for King Matthew to be living with food and anything he wants and for them to be …show more content…
The King then talks with his administration and they agree that they need to schedule a rally to speak with the people. During the rally, the citizens had realized they had enough of the new king and wanted to throw him out of power. The citizens begin to start rioting and trying to get to the king and kill him. The King then realizes what a horrible mess he has caused so he hurries and grabs the mic and starts apologizing before the crowd overtakes security. After all was said the citizens and King Matthew had made a deal that he would live like he made them
