What are five reasons why a company may choose to buy back their own stock? A company will buy back its own stock more a multiple of reason. The company may need to issue shares to its officers and employees under bonus and stock compensation plans. Maybe the company wants to enhance the stock’s market value, by having fewer stocks out in the market the value can go up. A company may be trying to buy another company and in order to finalize the purchase the company may need to promise stocks during the buyout. If the company does not have enough stocks to close the deal it will need to buy back some stocks. A simple reason is buying back stocks has the potential to increase the earnings a share may be worth. The last reason is to avoid a hostile takeover, if a company has many disgruntled investors the company could be on the verge of a takeover so a company will buy back stocks to change the percentage of ownership within the company.…

Anyone who received the "earned income credit" is barred from voting unless they return the payment from the government. Proof of payment of the tax can be made by showing a copy of the prior year's W2, a copy of the prior year's tax return, or a signed statement from the IRS stating that the payment of more than $200 in federal income tax has been made. Citizens who do not pay taxes can still vote if they donate $200.00 to the federal government as voluntary income tax and get a statement from the IRS that they have done so. CNMT 410 was an interesting class to learn about the professional workplace. The discussions on time stealing interested me the most since I had no idea what some employers consider stealing time. Besides the discussions I learned a lot about producing quality work. Before this class my resume and cover letter would’ve been a joke. Most likely I would’ve taken a generic resume from Google. The resume wouldn’t have been very personal or showcase my experience. There would have been the exact same problem with the cover letter. I had no idea before this class that the cover letter was meant to be a personal letter from myself to the hiring manager. I always thought cover letters were more or less optional and just a generic short essay on who I was as a person. The quality of my work increased tenfold just from…

I have attached my unofficial transcript, and a picture of my recent grades if the pdf is unable to open. I understand that receiving a C in metabolism two will be in question as it does not reflect the academic performance expected of me. I assure you this will be my last unsatisfactory depiction of my intentions for pursuing a career in family medicine. I admittedly lost a part of my drive as I stressed over the reality of having a below average GPA and got caught up in the admission process. I was taking three classes over the summer while studying for the MCAT at this time, and juggled writing my personal statement which allowed me to express situations in my life I had never explained to anyone before. My metabolism professor was absent the first three weeks of class as she was on…
Who changed my grade? Why was my grade changed? I am trying to improve my grade not make it worse. I am contacting you today to see if there is anything you can do about my grade in accounting 203. I am not sure you are aware of this but my father passed away a few weeks ago while I was in the course and I had to miss a week and a half of class. Before his passing I was doing well in the course and I received a 89 on the first exam, but after his passing and missing class and dealing with his estate my final was a 50 and I looked on banner and saw I received a 76 for the course. I am not saying I did not earn a C in the class because I did take the exams, but my mind was not mentally there is there any way I can do something to get my grade to a b-. I did email my professor but she did not email me back. There might be nothing you can do…
