Medical Clinic Action Plan
My initial steps as manager would be to identify the issues and observation concerning the business side of the medical clinic and write them down to start the process of forming an action plan to put in place. The goals I wanted to address would be to that I expect the best out of all my employees and communicate the big macro picture concerning the overall performance, and to stress that employee and patient satisfaction are directly linked together. Another point of contention would be that I want everyone to work as a team together and focus their efforts on collaboration instead of competition, and finally, I want to encourage and foster the concept that we all need to take ownership of our place of employment and personal motivation.
