I would strive to guide and motivate the team to accomplish the objectives given to us by our superiors. Displaying a compatible leadership style during this process would be ideal. However I would overall try to adapt the style according to the nature and needs of the employee I am interacting with. This would be in hopes of spurring on the individuals of my team to accomplish their ultimate workforce potential. When needed, I would adjust our processes accordingly by implementing corrective actions to address any areas that are off target.
