Team Reflective Essay

My first objective in leading the team to achieve success and run like a will oiled machine would be to decide what needs to be done and order to accomplish the tasks in. Next I would devise a plan of action to lead the team in a particular direction based on objectives established by superiors. Policies would be established or enforced to help the group stay on target. Continually plan ahead focusing on all possible scenarios, aspects, and possible crises to help be prepared and revise and adjust plans as necessary. The revision of my plans would enable me to enact a change of action, by selecting alternative solutions to the problems as they arise. I would take time engage my thoughts prior to putting my planning into action, thereby
I would strive to guide and motivate the team to accomplish the objectives given to us by our superiors. Displaying a compatible leadership style during this process would be ideal. However I would overall try to adapt the style according to the nature and needs of the employee I am interacting with. This would be in hopes of spurring on the individuals of my team to accomplish their ultimate workforce potential. Providing direction, paying attention to their needs and basic human nature while keeping the objectives of the company at the forefront of my focus would be essential to achieving this
When needed, I would adjust our processes accordingly by implementing corrective actions to address any areas that are off target. Since planning and revising those plans are essential to being prepared for undesired outcomes I would resort back to the first step and continue on the circular cycle of the five functions of management.
