Your task is to construct a network diagram for this project, identify the critical path and address a number of managerial issues. Given the case presentation, you will extract a work breakdown structure and an activity list. Enter your project data on to MS Project. Save the project baseline. This represents the half the assignment grade because it evaluates your use of the project management software.You will find that there is a difficulty in meeting the opening night schedule (if you follow the text exactly). Your task is to solve the scheduling problem by considering the impact on the quality of the performance as well as the additional stress on the participants. Implement your scheduling solution by saving a second baseline. Deliverable: Write a short report (6-10 pages) which extracts the key data from the schedules created in MS Project.
