Miami Heat, My Favorite Team
Miami Heat In this essay I will discuss three things about the Miami Heat (my favorite team). The first thing I will discuss is why I chose this topic. The second thing I will discuss about the Miami Heat is what I already know. The third and final topic I will discuss in this essay is what I want to find out about the Miami Heat. These are the topics that I will discuss in this essay.
Why I Chose My Topic: Ever since I was young I’ve always loved basketball. It started when I was young and I used to always watch my older brothers play in the park. I always wished I could play with them but they always said I was too young. Nevertheless, I was still persistent and practiced my game every day. All the time I was looking up to my favorite player Lebron James. I would watch his highlights on YouTube and try to mimic his moves exactly. If he did a through the leg step back I would go right outside and try it. Whatever team he went to that was always one team that I cheered for. When he joined the Miami Heat I knew I would fall in love with that team.
What I Already Know I know that before Lebron joined the team it was Dwayne Wade was the leader of the team. They won the championship in 2006 with only Wade as the superstar. He averaged 34.7 points per game, 7.8 rebounds, and 2.7 steals per game. with their coach is Eric Spoelstra. He currently holds the 2nd highest points per game in the finals in front of great players such as Michael Jordan and Tim Duncan. With good coaching and dedication from the players this team could go a long way.
What I Want to Find Out I want to find out why the Heat gets so much criticism from fellow teams and NBA fans. They are just like any other team with talented players, but for some reason people dislike Lebron James and Dwayne Wade being on the same team. I also want to find out how many championships they will win

I think the best NBA team is the Boston Celtics because they’re good. Furthermore, the Boston Celtics also have the most NBA championships in the league. The Boston Celtics had one of the best players to ever play the game named Bill Russell he was only six, eight compared to a regular NBA center who was about six eleven through seven foot, he was one of the best defensive players back then, he also had a really high vertical. Some might argue that the Boston Celtics aren't the best team that ever played because the people who say this nonsense are probably L.A Lakers fans and the L.A Lakers have the second most championships in the league. However, I think that they are the best, they have the most NBA championships in the league still today…

Both teams broke the previous single-team scoring record of 163 points (set by the East in 2014 and West as 2015) to shatter the overall scoring record of 321 set just a season ago. All participants scored as much as they could and seemed to have lots of fun in a showcase that only occasionally resembled a regular NBA game.…

This is an interesting year in the NBA because there are plenty of notable names that will be free agents at the end of the season. The summer could bring on the ultimate game of musical chairs for players, swapping teams for more lucrative contracts and a better chance at winning a championship. Of all the free agents, LeBron James has probably been the most talked about when it comes to 2010 restricted free agency. There has been plenty of speculation about the teams he will go to next year if he decides to leave Cleveland. After a loss tonight in game 6 of the Eastern Conference semi-finals, the talk has already begun to escalate as LeBron’s decision becomes more imminent. For that reason I choose to evaluate LeBron’s post-game press conference from the game 6 loss to the Celtics. It is not the typical press conference because of the aforementioned free agency. Moreover, it is an opportunity for him to talk to the fans of Cleveland, and almost apologize for not living up to this year’s expectations. It is also different from the typical press conference because there is some persuading on James’ part. Convincing the reporters in the room, and consequently the people paying attention to the situation, that he has not given any thought to what team he going sign with in the off season.…

The Lakers originated in Minneapolis, in 1947. Their first years were extremely successful because the Lakers completely dominated the NBA. They won five championships in the first couple of years, and won plenty more in the late 1900’s. In those years, the Lakers had acquired the best point guard of all time, Earvin “Magic” Johnson, and the best center of all time, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. This dynamic duo along with many other amazing players, called the “Showtime Lakers,” won the Lakers organization multiple championships, and established the Lakers as the greatest team ever. The current Lakers are not as dominant, but they now have a multitude of young players that will develop into NBA stars. These players, such as Brandon Ingram and D’Angelo Russell, keep Lakers fans hopeful for a great future. The Lakers have also hired a new coach, Luke Walton. Today, the Lakers hold numerous records that may never be broken, and have won sixteen championships (second most championships ever), as opposed the Clippers not winning…
