Dwayne Wade Character Analysis

Dwayne wade is a 33-year-old NBA basketball star. He only ever played on the Miami Heats team. During the years he had played a lot of things continued to change throughout his career.. After the years he has been on the team, he finally has the role of being a transformative leader. After I rough season from losing LeBron James and Chris Bosh changed is pace of play, his leadership became indispensable. One of his interviews he stated, “It's in a different way than I've done with other teams. So for me, it's about meeting the challenge. Some games I'll be the go-to guy or the scorer, some games I'll give guys confidence. There's going to be a lot of different roles I play." Dwayne Wade is a very inspirational motivate. He convinced Joe Johnson to come to Miami in February instead of accepting an offer from Cleveland. One of the biggest move that the Heat made and the couldn’t thank Wade more. After hearing that he became a
person with confidence.
As a lot of people think this season was one of his worst seasons that he had since he been on the team but, that’s only because he puts in extra hours helping the two rookies Josh Richardson and Justise Winslow who already has a key role on the team because of him. He also passes up his own scoring chances in order to throw lobs to Hassan Whiteside. “That’s the toughness of Dwayne Wade. Him playing that night sent a message about what it takes be successful” Said the heat Coach Erik Spoelstra. that can do it," Wade said. "I look at the teams ahead of us and I say we're just as good as them. I truly believe it. We have to believe it as a unit. I'm waiting to see if we believe it.” The way Wade Changed is attitude within 12 months ago gave him that role of a Transformative leader.
