On August 29, 1958, Michael Jackson was born in his hometown of Gary,Indiana. Joseph Jackson, his father, was and crane operator to take care of his family. Katherine Esther Scruse his mother was working at a department store too. Michael Jackson came from a big family. His five brothers were Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, Marlon,And Randy. His three sisters were Rebbie, La Toya, And Janet. His father physically and emotionally abused him. But he recognized his discipline from his father from success. In his life he accomplished to sell more than 300 million records. Michael Jackson won a lot of awards like 23 Guinness world record,40 billboard Awards,13 grammys,and 26 American music Awards. In the 1965 Michael Jackson's father made a band called the Jackson brothers. All the brothers, Jackie, Tito, Jermaine, and Marlon were his backup musicians. Around 60s and 70s the Jackson 5 made many songs like big boys, The love you save,I’ll be there, Got to be there, and I want you back. The Jackson 5 had a remarkable decade in the 70s.They made more albums and kept touring worldwide in the 1976 and 1984. From Jacksons 1984 world tour, they donated all funds to charity. They had 8 million to donate. The Jackson 5 raised money for African famines relief. In the 1992 the Jackson 5 was giving a royal title in the Ivory coast. Michael 5 had sold over 300 million records

At the extremely early age of five, Michael became the lead singer of the legendary Jackson 5, a group consisting entirely of his family members.
