Based on the information provided by the small group Michelle could adjust the time of the instruction. However, Michelle should be careful not to make changes to the instructional material until she has elevated the quantitative and descriptive information gather during the trail. Before implementing changes Michelle should also take into consideration information gather from the one to one evaluation as well.

Note: Avoid responding too quickly to any single piece of data. Look for performance as well as observational data that will help you focus on particular deficiencies in the instructional material. (According to Dick and Carey)

Length of stay was not the only process that was made more effective with the implementation of the PSH model at UC Irvine Health. Another aspect that was positively affected by the PSH model was turnover time of a procedure. According to UC Irvine Health ninety two percent of procedures start at 7:30 in the morning. With the implementation of the PSH model the turnover time averaged about 29 minutes. This was a 31 percent improvement from before the PSH model was implemented. For those worried about the performance of a surgeon because the turnover time improved, it went unaffected. According to UC Irvine Health, the 166 cases researched that all 166 cases had 100.00 performance rates. Because the performance of the surgeons was so high in less amount of time, this lowered the readmission rate for the same health issue. UC Irvine found that the readmission rate for hip arthroplasties is zero percent. The national average for readmission for a knee arthroplasty is between 2.5 percent and 4.3 percent compared to UC Irvine Health readmission rate which is 1.1 percent…

Whiting was questioned about the disappearance of Payne, which had taken place about 8 km (5 miles) from Whiting's place of residence. Whiting was routinely questioned as he had been placed on the Sex Offenders Register. The officers left Whiting, but were suspicious of his lack of concern for Payne, something that some of the worst offenders had shown when questioned in connection with Payne's disappearance.[citation needed] When Whiting re-appeared soon after he attempted to drive away in his van, he was stopped by the police and arrested.[citation needed] Whiting spent two days in custody, but a lack of police evidence led to Whiting's release on bail. Although police had found a receipt for fuel from Buck Barn garage near Pulborough, which contradicted his alibi of being at a funfair in Hove at 5:30 p.m. and then returned to his flat by 9.30 p.m. on the night that Payne had disappeared, there was no other evidence to press charges.[22]…

Karen Thomas, is a 65-year-old female who visits our hospital frequently. Previously, she has been to our Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) for multiple falls, dehydration, alcohol withdrawal and Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA). She was never married, retired, low income and lives at senior citizen home alone. She is currently on Medicare. She does not have any children. She has a sister who lives 15 miles away from her place. I remember her because she is a nonadherence patient who completely ignores any healthcare professionals advise, is mean to the healthcare staffs and always threating to leave Against Medical Advice (AMA). She came to the hospital 2 months ago for multiple falls and had fracture of her hip. She could barely walk but refused…
