Milk Is Better Than White Milk
Milk, milk, milk! I understand you want to know whether chocolate milk should stay or go. Well, I believe that it should stay because of the following reasons. One chocolate milk is just as good for you as white milk. Second kids will not drink white milk. Third what will happen if it is removed from school?

First chocolate milk is as good for you as white milk. According to “US Department Of Health” kids need about 1,300 milligrams of calcium a day and chocolate milk can give kids that, same as white milk. Also chocolate milk still keeps your bones strong like white milk. Chocolate milk has the same amount of vitamins and nutrients as white milk. So chocolate milk is like white milk but just different flavor that kids love.

Second kids will not drink white milk. A recent study shows when schools take away chocolate milk, schools saw 23% drop in milk sold. Next, 9-10 girls and 7-10 boys do not get the nutrients they need because they do not drink white milk. Kids do not get enough calcium because they will not drink white milk. Kids just do not want to drink white milk and without chocolate milk in schools they lose a lot of what they need in their everyday diets.

If chocolate milk is removed from schools kids will not get the vitamins they need. Another thing that will happen is kids will drink more pop and no milk because there is no chocolate milk. According to “Get Healthy” 56% of kids drink one or more bottles of pop a day, while 56% or more of kids do not get a glass of milk a day. Finally kids bones will be less strong because they do not get chocolate milk. Chocolate milk has a lot of effects if it is taken out of

I am all for incorporating healthy food into my eating habits. That is, if I know the lowdown both pro and con. When I decided to add soy to my diet, I discovered there was a lot I did not understand about soy. Therefore, I began to research. I continue to follow the ongoing and obviously debate-worthy exploration into eating soy. I’ll share some of what I have learned along the way. Benefits of Soy Milk Over Regular Milk.
