Miller's Speech On Humor, Laughter, And Comedy
Today's speech is about humor, laughter and comedy. This is not an informative speech on a boring subject that we have already heard of. The purpose of my speech is to to bring some light and share a theory that has proven it self true. Everybody finds men funny, especially me. My humor attracts the ladies i tell you. But there is a simple reason for it. This is only because women are not funny. I mean not as funny as men. Now don't get mad ladies, because i don't want to offend anyone, but this can be proven on so many levels. Therefore i am going to give you the 3 main reasons as to why you ladies are not as funny and why you love when we make you laugh. The 3 reasons will be the basis of my roadmap. So lets get right down to it. Women are less funny than us because genetically they have less humor. Then i will show and tell you how psychologically and socially women

Geoffrey Miller is an Evolutionary psychologist that proves scientifically that humor indicates intelligence, and women although they are able to use this feature do not (logicalmisery).
Therefore they are less funny than men because we humor to show our intelligence. Furthermore, according to Rudyard Kipling "humor is produced by males competitively to impress potential mates for breeding" (logicalmisery). This means that sice the break of dawn, men were instinctively made out to attract their mates, this is why you women prefer men that make you laugh, and us men have a preference for females that laugh at our jokes (logicalmisery). You have all heard the french proverb une femme qui rit est a moitié dans ton lit. Meaning in english that a woman who laughs is halfway in your bed. This proverb proves that men are made out to make you laugh. And this why you are less funny than us and fall so hard for our funny pick up lines. The second part of my speech will move away from the scientific and evolutionary side of this subject and touch on the psychological reason that makes ladies less funny than
