Minecraft: A Narrative Fiction
The first time I played Minecraft was on June 11, 2015 . It was super confusing ! I said “ Um… Oh ! I see a cow over there . “ And when I tried to hit it, I got the Cows’ SPAWN EGG. I’m like, “ What am I supposed to do with this ?! “I yelled . ( I was In v. 1.8.7 . ) And then I decided, “I’m not just going to give up on this game & delete it, I’m going to figure this out !

And my mom heard all “the racket”, she came over & saw what I was doing, And she took a shot & tried to figure that out on her own. (It was 7:22 PM. )
And when I woke up the next morning, (I woke up at 6:50. ) I went to check & see if my mom was up and I said, “can you show me how to place down things?’’ I asked. She said she could.

And I didn’t mention this earlier,

“Wake up!” my mom gave me a little shove as I took the covers off my face and looked at the clock, it was 7:20. I hopped off the bed and skipped to the bathroom to brush my teeth. I was so excited; this whole week was FCAT week at school and today was the math portion of the test. Last year, 3rd grade, I got a 3 on it while on the reading part I had gotten a 5. This year, I was determined to get a 4, no matter how difficult the test may be. I put my long, wavy brown hair in a ponytail and, being the girly girl that I am, decorated it with a pink bow my aunt had given me for Christmas. With a big smile on my face I went to my mom’s room to see if she was ready so we could be on our way, I saw her sitting down looking at her nails, “mommy, we’re going to be late” she looked up at me and it looked like she had been crying, she faked a smiled, got her bag and out the door we went.…

Role playing for me is very anxiety inducing. I am not a good public speaker and I hate it when all the attention is on me. I am an introvert to the core. Going into the role play I was nervous and uncomfortable and was anticipating a challenging experience. After seeing the other role plays I knew that the topic I would cover would not be an easy one, but honestly in life when in life are topics ever easy?…

We were so happy, I started explaining to her where we were, how the place looked like and that there was a big garbage can, as I explain tears dripped from my eyes. We hugged each other, cried, and stayed put right next to the garbage can. We finally saw my mother’s silver BMW car. We slowly walked towards the car, making sure that it was my mother or one of our parents are in there. I then saw my mother did something with her hand, I know what that meant to hurry up, I told my little cousins to hurry up and get in the car, we ran as fast as we could towards the car and got in. Since then my little cousins and I learned a very big and important lesson that we will never forget, it to your pacings with your family, close and to tell them that you need a break if you are losing your…

After I was finished eating breakfast, my mom reminded me that it was time to do some chores. I went upstairs to clean the bathroom. When I was done cleaning the bathroom I asked my mom if we could go to Chicago and try to find Jackie Robinson, but she said that I had to do two more chores before we could do that. Mom told me that the next chore was to vacuum my room and then clean it. Eventually I did both of those chores and mom said that we would leave in thirty minutes to go to Chicago. So I waited patiently on the couch for thirty minutes.…

Everything was still dark and blurry, and I could only vaguely discern that my mom was leading me out of the room. I hear her ask someone, “She doesn't feel well, can we stay in this room for a while?” They must say yes, because she sits me down on a white, surprisingly cushioned, wooden chair and hands me a bottle of water and a pack of peanut butter crackers and instructs me to eat…

Then, in order to fund my education, Mother went to a Match Factory to bring home some used matchboxes which she filled with fresh matchsticks. This helped her get some money to cover our needs.
