MISCELLANEOUS OF THE PROPOSED SOLUTION
Security
The new method of solution or the new reservation system’s security is much more enhanced than the old reservation system used.
The most distinctive feature included in the new system is that the data in the system can be easily back upped. Apart from taking backup copies, many other various security methods are used to secure the data from any kind of damages, viruses, losses…etc. Methods of Security Used
Backup copies
We can take the backup copies of the data when it is required very easily using the operating systems backup facility or by using any other software for taking backups.
The main reason for making backups of the data is to recover them when the data is lost.
This is a great advantage that the new reservation system has over the old reservation system used.
Antivirus
Antivirus software is used to reduce the loss of data and damage to the database and the reservation program from any kind of viruses.

Passwords
Passwords are used to secure the data in the database from unauthorized access.
The new reservation system has the feature of encrypting the database or the program by using a password.
This secures the data very much as breaking this password is very difficult which reduces unauthorized access to the program.
Burglar Alarms
Burglar Alarms are used to secure the reception and the office premises of the resort from theft of the computer systems or documents relating to the reservation and resort.
If there are any suspicious acts, the burglar alarm would start alarming letting the staff and the guards come to attention of the situation.
Fire Alarms
Fire alarms are used to detect fire in the reservation area and the office premises and alarm the staff and the guards and security about it to take actions to prevent the fire.
The fire alarms would detect fire by using the smoke rising from the fire.
