Mission To enable and inspire every customer to enjoy the daily pleasure of HAPPY CUPCAKE by providing them a distinctive superior products and quality service every day.

Vision The HAPPYCUPCAKE will seek to become a well recognized and highly respected coffee shop that attracts highly dedicated and loyal customer following by aggressively expanding the operation nationwide.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To operate the food cart efficiently from 7:30 Am to 6:00 Pm Monday through Saturdays, it is suggested to hire a Manager, which is also the owner, and 2-3 customer services representatives. Their respected main responsibilities are, but not limited to, as follows:

Manager (1)

Manager will be responsible for all the administrative work like budgeting, purchasing, and delivering the stocks for sale, analysis of the daily sales, advertisement approvals from the Principal and the distributions of them, overlooking the operation as a whole, scheduling of the staff, and payroll of the staff. But most of all, the manager is responsible for the profitability of the business.

The manager also studies the operation and competition constantly for possible adjustments and adaptations and creates standard operation procedures if changes occur. This is to make sure the business stays financially healthy and takes a full advantage of all niche opportunities on the way to possibly expand the business in the future.

Manager will be responsible for the customer service representatives training, appraisals, and overall well-being at the workplace. Manager executes possible changes in standard operation procedures. Manager will also replace customer service representatives in the cases of absence or short staffing due to scheduling.

Manager is also responsible collecting and verifying all the daily inventory sheets with the staff. Manager makes sure that the store has sufficient stocks.
