Introduction
There are many successful companies in the world and their success is based on different things like: design, quality, exclusivity, price and many others, but in fact in order to be successful company needs structure to achieve its goals. Talking about achieving goals means that stuff, designers, factories and all the other people has to work together as a team to be successful, and there is organizational culture which is second and very important key to success. Organizational Culture is collective behavior of all humans working in company and the meanings that they attach to their actions, decisions. Culture also includes the values of company visions, beliefs, habits, norm and working language. It also teaches new members of organization to think and feel the same way as say do. Some say that culture is glue which holds company and people together, others believe that it is a compass that shows way to success.

Zara is Europe’s biggest closing retailer, but the founder of Zara MR Amencio Ortega started very small business in 1975 which grew through the years and reached unimaginable levels of success and fame. Yes, Zara was founded in Spain and for the start it was selling collection of looker-like product to big names in small prices. But then he started to produce his own product and by the year 1990 it started international expansion. In 2006 it overtook biggest name in the market H&M and became Europe’s biggest retailer.
