Topic: Motivation
Thesis statement: Employees who are well motivated will be satisfied at work, be more productive thereby contributing to the success of the business
Objectives
1. To find out well motivated staff impact on an organization.
2. To find out how workers at work are motivated.
3. To outline which motivation strategies work best in LIME.
Justification of topic: There is a wealth of information on leadership for the world generally. However there is limited material for this topic in the Caribbean including Barbados. Hopefully the information from this research would show how workers are motivated and the type of leadership needed to keep your workers motivated. This research from this study would help to show if it is the same in Caribbean as the other countries that aren’t located in the Caribbean.

Background of the study
A study was conducted in 2012 by Nupur Chaudhary, a Research Scholar of Suresh Gyan Vihar University in Jaipur and Dr. Bharti Sharma and Associate Professor of St Wilfred College also of Jaipur on Employee Motivation.
