Walk through the aisles of any bookstore and glance at each book cover. You can guess the genre by key features. Genre cover designs tend to carry a common look with little change overtime. I was exposed to Asian music in college. My attention was drawn to one music group to the point I joined the staff of an international fan forum. Managing a tech support team and helping with social media engagement was my main responsibilities. Continual fandom updates meant I needed to engage with fans on all social media platforms daily. Language was a barrier for some staff members. I was motivated to learn language basic so my English responses where clear to non-native speakers. Using my wit and drive, I hope to solve any situation as a mod to help both the client and consumer win.
Working in community management, customer service, and content moderation makes me a fit for the mod culture at ModSquad.
