Moneyball (2011) has become a metaphor for everything in business today. As a small business owner, “Moneyball Analytics” has been playing a great role in preparation for management (Heskett, 2010). Analytics is a powerful weapon, but we need an accurate and consistent quality of data in order to create the weapon (team) and achieve maximum profit (outcome), (Heskett, 2011).
